Air/Fuel Gauge+BOV Question

I have a 96' Eagle talon tsi awd and I bought a air/fuel gauge for it, I have power ran to it and I also have the signal wire ran to the exhaust manifold o2 sensor but I dont know what wire to splice into any help would be great. Also I have a blitz supersound blowoff valve and I was wondering if anyone knows how to properly set it/tune it in.
