Engine Vibration

Hi,

I have just bought a 2002 Skoda Fabia 1.4. When the engine is idle (i.e. stopped at a traffic light) I can feel a vibration in the engine every two to three seconds. The dealer says this is normal.....
Does anyone know if in fact it IS normal?
