7.4L ruff running (1997) Injectors?

Anybody have any bad experiences with Fuel injectors for 1997 7.4L. I have this beast in my 97 K2500 and am wondering if injectors are the problem or hopefully (NOT) the cam shaft. :banghead:

What if anything have you done to it for general maintanence ? Running rough could simply mean it is time for a tune up. Cap + rotor (if it has one) , spark plugs + wires and either take it in for an injector cleaning or just buy some your self and pour it in the tank. If it has been quite some time since you added injector cleaner to the tank, have never done it or are unsure if it has ever been done i would take it in and have it done because the stuff they use at shops is stronger. Either way you do it, I would change all the other stuff after cleaning the injectors.

HAve changed Plugs, O2 sensors, new catalytic converters and muffler, tested the wires and the ignition system, hooked it up to the computor and shut down each injector 1 by one and they seem to be working (but how well??), kind of running out of options! Heve very good compression on all cylinders! Timing is good.

Any ideas?

My 98 7.4 ran rough intermittently, lost power etc.... Tried everything, ended up being oil from the K&N air filter getting on the mass air flow sensor. Cleaned it, changed air filters, (not a K&N air filter) no more problem.
