well depends on what you have already.
Most people start with exhaust, Intake and BOV.
THen they improve fuel pump, injectors (and a way to control them).
But since you've skipped ahead and slapped a 16g on there (which is very dangerous) I would say your lucky you haven't fucked up your car.
This should be your new bible

Yeah, you should be fine on stock boost (not 8 psi, its like 14 for 2g's and 10.5 for 1g's). I would personally go for a full 3" exhaust, K&N air filter, a 2g exhaust manifold/o2 sensor housing (if your car isnt a 2g already), a decent BOV (stock 1g should suffice to ~22 psi if you are cheap), a bigger fuel pump and FPR if you get a 255, then some fuel control (DSMlink if you're strapped, SAFC if you are cheap), then bigger injectors (go big if you have DSMlink, 650's max if you go SAFC), then give it a decent tune and crank the boost. IMO intakes are way too much for what they do, if you go Home Depot style for one, thats ok, but buying a metal one is rediculous. A FMIC should get in there after the fuel control.

I also have a K&N an intake pipe got it off machv.com but the stuff is a lot of $$ so yeah... on the site machv.com i could get a full 3" stianless steal exhaust (minus 02 housing and headers) for $799.00 would that be a good way to go..plus headers and o2 housing?

Apexi N-1 3" exhaust. We only have 1 manifold so you would only need ONE headeR, but just stick with a 2g exhaust manifold. Crunchy meant go to www.dsmtuners.com and click on tech guide and look up the list for your car. Also put your car and mods in your signature. Welcome to AF.

I got a full 3 inch turbo back for $150 :) . I suggest buying used, no need to spend $800 for an exhuast.
Do you get any boost creep with that evo 3?

headeR, we only have one! I already told you to keep the stock manifold, just port it for more flow, and same with the O2 housing. dsmtuners.com has a good tech article on porting, check it out, it's under the tech articles section.
