how bilstein shocks compare to koni yellows, tokico illuminas, and kyb agx's. i'm planning on going with a 2" drop with either ground controls or neuspeed race springs

check out carreview.com for some input. also, if you get the neuspeed race, the bilstein sports are valved for them

how well do the bilstein's perform compared to koni yellows, in terms of using the neuspeed springs?

I don't know the exact answer to your question but I know this. There is another Koni that is like the Yellow but it is made specifically for any of the neuspeed springs. They are available through Neuspeed (1-800-423-3623). They're adjustable like the Yellows. But I'm sure the regular Yellow would do better then well with neuspeed springs. The Bilsteins are not adjustable. Bilstein says (I spoke to them) the sports are about 30-35% stiffer than stock. But those are the sports, not the ones made for Neuspeed. They are probably close though. The Konis are going to be able to go stiffer for more performance and a firmer ride. I'd say the Bilsteins are going to be a more forgiving ride but still performance orientated. If you are going to race, conisder either of the Konis. You can adjust the firmness according to the course (autox), or adjust them for drag racing. The Koni-neuspeeds will run you a little more but will be best if you are using their springs. Otherwise you could save a little and get a highly praised strut that should be a good performer all around but without the adjustability. They both have lifetime warranties and are made for drops.
Hope that helps
