I recived a ticket in Warrick County Indiana for doing an Unsafe Movement. Basically a cop heard me do a donut and smelt rubber on my car, i was in a parking lot that u could not see anyone do anything in basically private property. Is there anyone i could get this knocked down in court or anything or get court supervison or a deferall program i have only gotten one ticket before and it was for hitting a mail box *To Fast to Avoid Accident* or something like that and i never gotten another ticket other than that. Or is there anything i can do at all to get somthing knocked off or down.

You can dress properly and go to court, most times the prosecuting officer or DA will reduce the ticket in an attempt to get you to plea it down and not fight it. They still make some money, and you don't waste the courts time...so they are happy.

You could also look into traffic school (possibly online) I don't know about your state, but most states have some sort of traffic school or defensive driving class that will take points off your license.

My basic feelings on this matter however, are you were doing a donut...you can't really try and argue it much...whether the cop saw you or not, you both know what was going on.

You might want to do some research as far as whether the officer had to witness the violation or just deduce that one had occured. Take the advise above, however, its good.
