02 Caravan blower fan not working

I have a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport. I have read in other posts that if the blower fan motor only works on high, (both front and rear) that it most likely is the blower resistor block. Is this a correct assumption and is this located behind the glove box? There is a small unit that is like a coil resistor that is fastened by 2 screws and has a wire harness attatched. I removed the screws and it pulls out of the dash.
Is this what I should replace for this problem?

looks like you done all the work.If the coils on the resister block look broken/corroded then yes.

Yes thats the one , replacing it will most likely fix your problem . It's really not too expensive either...

Thank you guys for answering my question. It worked like a champ for $20. And thank you Headless Horseman for a great post earlier about this problem. I read your info and you posted some great pics, too!
This is a great forum and it saved me $$ on the first question.
