Low beam work fine. when you pull back and hold the switch, high beams come on, when you release, they turn off.

The turn signals work when they want to, i replaced the flasher, and checked all the fuses, but they are all good. I'm thinkin it's the column switch, but i need a way to test before i go through the tedious task of removing it.

Do the high beams stay on when you push the stalk forward? Pulling it back is just the flash to pass feature. The turn signal switch may just need to be cleaned and lubricated with dielectric grease. Look at a wiring diagram for your vehicle so you know which wires to jump when bypassing the switch. If everything works when the switch is bypassed, then you know it is either the switch or the connections to the switch. Make sure the connections are clean and secure and use dieletric grease on them.
