Graceland's upstairs open?

Ok i was having a conversation with my mom today (we are both big elvis fans) about Graceland. She said she heard it was recently sold but will still be open to the public as usual but that the upper level, to which entrance has always been prohibited, is now open to the public. any info would be appreciated.

I have no idea. What's so big about the upstairs? Elvis is still up there running the rails?
