does any one know where i get a freeze plug for the head of a 350, it measures 1-3/16 inches in diameter and i have not found one n e where

Any local engine machine shop should have some they could sell you.

Pioneer part number EPC-80 or EPC-80-B (brass). I have plenty if you need one. E-mail me, and I'll send you one for the price of the freight.
