06 Forenza possible recall

We have problems with our 06 starting after it has been sitting overnight. To me it sounds like fuel pump or injector problem. We called the Suzuki dealer and they told us they have addressed the problem with the 06 forenza, and they are waiting on Suzuki/USA to make up there mind on how and when to issue a recall. Any other 06 forenza owners have this problem?

I have the same problem. Hard to start whem it is cold or sitting for a while.
