87 monte

I'm looking to buy a 87 monte carlo with no engine. What engine and Tranny combo will be best to provide a lot of power about 500hp. I do not want to use nitrous but other forced induction such as a supercharger or a turbo will be nice. Any suggestions will help me a great deal.
