dealer

i have an 04 with 31,000 mile on it. yesurday it had a mind of it`s own. it would idle at 3 grand. you put it in gear and it would take off on it`s own.
like you had your foot on the pedal. the dealer said it needed the fuel system cleamed. like the throtlle body the injectors. it cost me 180 bucks what the f.:banghead: :crying:

Did the $180 wallet cleaning fix it?:banghead: It was probably nothing more than a dirty/stuck idle air control valve. You could have cleaned your TB with a $3 can of TB cleaner and done an injector cleaning with a $10 bottle of chevron techron concentrate. Never let a dealer do any type of fuel system service. Total ripoff.

it fixed for now. i just wondering why did it show up on my 04 and mot my 97 nissan? and my wife was bitching about taking it in. so 180 dollars to shut her up its worth it she spends that much on bull s...
