Its only a model!

b) you're wrong
c) you're wrong. But if you want to discuss this, go to the apropriate forum (like the technical forum here).

i went to 2 of the biggest hobby stores and asked about the evergreen styrene and they had no clue what teh fuck i was talking about....i ended up buying wooden rectangular pieces, bu they dont have the grooves in the front to make it look like a real intercooler, do you have any suggestions?

Make sure you goto a hobby shop that sells model trains, styrene tubes and sheets are used to make parts of dioramas and things in model trains, I ran into the same problem as you, i have a local (half hour drive) hobby shop on the military base, and he sells all kinds of planes, and military vehicles, and a small section for automotive modeling, he had no clue what evergreen styrene was, he showed me some other type of plastic card and thick insulation like styrene that alot of the war hammer guys use for dioramas, but i had to goto a shop that sold model train accessories to get mine.

thats what low compression piston heads are for. period :)

amazing intercooler work guys. i plan on making an actual turbo, but i think making the hot-house of the turbo would be the hardest part. making the compressor looks dead easy. i want to turbo the S20 engine in the KPGC that im building. and i plan on routing ALL tubes to where they have to go.. not leaving any behind a bumper or what not.

Use Evergreen styrene sheet (corrugated sheet) and Evergreen strips.
