yeah family, friends have been lost. I think the thing that REALLY pissed me off was my friend Mranda rang me saying "Im going to hospital" AGAIN, she'd had these certian THINGS happening to her and the doctors sent her home saying, "oh she's fine" cause nothing was EASILY evident. I put 2 and 2 together, she had the same symptoms as Amy had and then I told her to go back and tell them about it, next thing her aunt calls saying, "Marandas being rushed to hospital, they found tumours..... Now why cant they ever check for this shit? It gets frustrating, Amy got told it was her diabetes playing up for 6 months then they were like, oh, sorry....

Amy wasnt. She was kinda like my gf. We always said, when you get better, we'll get married, truth is she was closer than anybody, but we never dated really, it was, different. She was family in that respect though.

I used to work on the Oncology (Cancer) ward of a hospital in Sydney. It was heart breaking to say the least. :(

Yeah, I kinda retreated back nito my car world for a bit, now its time to "come out n play" as they say. Save myself becoming a total recluse etc.

I lost my great grandmother to cancer, but I didn't know her that well.

The creepy part is, my uncle, mom, and cousin went to see her one day in the hospital and when they walked in, she was already dead. Her husband also dies of cancer, but it was at his own house.

Kind of sad now that I bring it up again :(

I didnt mean to make people sad etc by opening this but you gotta admit, its nice to see emotions like this on a car site usually devoted to more hard core pursuits.
