twin turbo VH41, 862 rwhp at 16 psi....now the REAL question is, will this setup weigh less then an RB26 with twin turbos? (heavy straight 6 V light v8 + turbo gear) another question is, can enough weight be added in the rear to balance it out? (functional weight, like battery, subframe braces, strut brace, big ass diff [im thinking r230 but i know that wont bolt in, can a z32 subframe be swapped?] ect ect

vh41...not sure at all why they chose that one...but the battery HAS to be in the trunk(or in the interior), and a carbon hood should provide the rest of the difference in weight. also you could use carbon fenders too.

i would have liked to see vh45 and a z32 trans, but this is still going to be the most powerfull car competing in d1nz. im under the impression the vh41 has higher reving potential aswell. i cant wait to hear this sucker!

i was reading the article and WTF? why would you use ebay brand turbos on a badass car? Or is there two different XSpower turbo brands?

i would assume that the ebay brand ones are just a copy of the real ones, maybe because XSpower never copyrighted their name? then again, newzealanders dont seem to care too much about brandname, and more about price.

and they measure their fuel pumps based on "hp"? sounds like some SS bullshit like saying a clutch is rated in hp...
locked diff? i smell a cheap welded thats gonna snap once he makes his first 800hp run down the track, or on his first lap if he drifts it. oh and he is using a pretuned ECU and rising rate FPR trying to support that 800hp? i smell either a car that will never be driven hard, or a time bomb.
and that car will never be fast on a track....STOCK BRAKES!!!! rofl sad

i obviously agree with you about the ecu, but chill out, his car isnt finished. yes, hes on his 4th vh41! but he probably doesnt care about his stock diff, and probably hasnt gotten around to the breakes yet. then again i dont know. he could be a retard.
not to sound like a dick at all, but if you want you can sign up at the nissansilvia website so you can talk to him about this yourself. i would like to see what he has to say about the ecu, and the XSpower stuff...nobody else in the thread has said anything but how nice his car is.
