What is it worth?

I want to sell my 7 bolt head to my friend(he bought yellowspyder's well yellow spyder lol) and he wants me to turbo it for him so I'm going to sell him my 450's, head, intake mani, and I wanted to get opnions on what its all worth. The head was just rebuilt, seats ground 3 angle valve job planed the works. everything else is how it sounds.

I paid 250 dollars from my shop for a head that was basicly and for all purposes brand new. With a new valve job and crap. Since you are giving him all the other stuff with it, I would offer him 300-400 dollars for the whole package.
