85' 735i Brake Pad question

Hi I have a 1985 bmw 735i and the rear brake pads are really bad, they squeek really bad when I brake, and now its gotten to the point were I dont even have to be braking for them to squeek. I have new brake pads, and plan to install them today.
Do you guys have any suggestions on how to do it, wat tools i need, etc?
Any help would be usefull. Thanks Guys.
