Hi beams work lows don't

I have a 99 Amigo and the High beems work but the low beams do not. Just went out one night while driving. I have checked the relay under the hood, checked the bulbs. I am assuming it is the switch in the stearing colum. Anyone ever had this experiance? If it is the switch is it easy to replace.

if your any good with a DVOM get yourself a wiring diagram and get at it befor changing parts
sounds like a weird one possiblity of both low beam elements being burnt = highly unlikely but possible check that first
