okay my van sat for about 3 months not started or anything i started it today it ran rough for a few mins then smoothed out went down the road the speedo doesnot work and the mileage doesnot show the radio doesnot work and going down the highway the transmission will nto shift pass third gear. i beleive it is all linked together. any ideas?

Corroded connection somewhere.
Loose plug
Faulty fusible link, fuse
A small animal chewed something
Look at a wiring diagram and use a high-lighter to trace all the affected circuits. Look for a common point of failure. Use a test light to make sure you are getting power to all the affected circuits.
