sunroof

I've got an 85 190e with a power sunroof, but the sunroof does not open. The motor turns, but nothing happens. I have a feeling the cable or something came undone but cannot figure out how to get access it. Anyone know how to take apart the sunroof? (it is stuck shut)

Its probably to late to give you an answer now...my 1990 300 E had the same problem motor turning but sunroof not opening. So I let it be then one day while I was washing my car I noticed all this white stuff around the rubber molding. I took a knife blade and went around the molding and beleive it or not the car wax from the automatic carwash had built up. Now it opens and closes no problems........
