B16a starting/dizzy probs

So it doesn't look like Im getting spark in my 91 civic with a B16a swap. I pulled off the dizzy and there's no carbon lines and no water present. There was a spring loaded piece however that came loose so I loaded it back to the spring and put the cover back on. Still car no start-y. Im dying to know what's going on with it, I'm working with less than 20 bucks and I have an interview 20 miles away on tuesday that I HAVE to be at. I need some help QUICK!! Can someone please shed some light on WTF's goin on with my baby?

Should check 3 things... Main fuse, coil, and ignitor. I don't think you can cover one of these with $20 though...
