Power Brake Conversion

So I'm doing a power disc brake conversion on my '65 Impala and had a few questions.

#1) The kit I bought has a vacuum port outlet on the booster yet my manifold does not have a place for the hose. I haven't checked my carb yet but I'm going to guess it doesn't have one for it either. What do I do in a situation like that?

#2 When I removed the old lines it had one of those twist in it(lines spiral into circles then continue to the calipers). Now the new kit doesn't have any of those in it. What are the purpose of those and do I need to make new lines with those in it?
