BMW 635 brake squeaking noise

I have a 1985 BMW 635 with 65,000 miles on it.
The front brake make a loud squeaking noise at low speed braking.
I have replaced the brake pads twice and the brake rotors.
What else can I do? should I rebuilt the caliper or replace them?
