Bit Roar?

I know the s40 has awsome roar allready just wondering if its possible too fit the k&n filter coz i went too the local dealer not a k&n dealer and they said if its got the senor on the air intake u cant is this true? if not does any1 have a link for a good site for them? im in uk btw or is there any other way too mod it and make it sound like a beast?

The oil from the k&n filter might coat the MAF sensor, which will cause problems.

This thing Roar's with my new Roar Filter. The Roar Filter opened my Horsepower greatfully. The Roar Filter was a gift from my girlfriend. Girls know that us guys love our cars too. She likes that I save on gas, save on filter changes (The Roar FIlter is reusable) so I can spend more money on her. I'm not sure if I want to do any other upgrades. This won't void my warranty, and up boostin will.

Does you S40 have any new modifications? Any problems with the K&N oil install shuting down your MAF?

You should check out the RoarFilter.com too. There is a guy on there with an S40 volvo sporting the Roar Filter. He does look very happy next to his Volvo s40 .
