Where can I find the fuse for my 12V constant source?

While installing a new cd player in my 2000 RAV4 I somehow blew a fuse or tripped a breaker for a certain circuit in the car that uses the 12V constant from the battery. Therefore the interior lights, clock, and door ajar alarm all don't work unless I jimmy rig them to the ACC source.
Anyone know where the fuse or breaker to this might be? If I have to I will connect a direct line to the circuit back to the battery, but i'd prefer to fix the stock problem. Any help would be great, thanks.

Use a test light and check all the fuses. Start wiyh the panel under the dash.

fixed it! i actually blew a fuse that i thought wasn't blown when i previously checked it out. Upon previous inspection, it was blown fo sho. Stupid little thing cost me 4 hours of troubleshooting. Oh well, working fine now :) For the record it was the dome light fuse in the fuse box under the hood.
