My Nova 87 has lots of problems...

Hello Everyone,
I just bougth (only 200$) my Nova 87, I knew that I was going to fix a few things but it's pretty hard to know where to start when there's so many...:uhoh:
First, the fuel gauge doesn't really work, when I full the tank the needle goes to E and after that I'm driving my car around it's going up and up but never seam to show the real quantity of fuel... and I haven't try what it does whit an empty tank !!! Another thing, I've try to fix the radio, I change the fuse cause that was the problem (I think!), it worked until I start the car, after that, no radio, not even the lighter works and the fuse is still good? If someone knows a website or can answer me it would be really nice, cause I have more problems than those 2. And please don't tell me to by another car, I already love driving it!!! (yes! that car works!)...
