2000 Se Wagon Focus: Central Timer Module

ANY TAKERS: I have been wondering- F63 (20A) fuse on the back of my main fuse panel keeps blowing. Not sure if it's a wire or not. I plan on checking continuity on the power door locks and associated wiring that this fuse controls. My main concern is this. I also have no rear DEFROST and no DECKLID/RELEASE SWITCH. Is there a possibility that the CENTRAL TIMING MODULE on the back of the main fuse panel could have a short in it and/or be internally bad??? Worth changing out to find the answer I guess. Anyone out there had this problem? Somehow, the CTM and Fuse 63 are connected electronically. Jeff, Ohio
