carb vacuum problem ?

hi heres my problem when my chey 350 engine is idling thre is a whisling noise coming from the carb area i think ive checed all the vacuum lines they are good new carb base gasket any help would be great ???? thanks in advance

Is it a new carb or stock? Does it sound like its coming from the throat or the outside?
