WTB 84 Cutlass steering column

Hi, looking for a 84 Cutlass RWD steering column. Someone tried stealing it and broke it all to hell. Must have: Floor shift and tilt. Prefer: red color and cruise/var. speed wiper motor...or would appreciate if someone could tell me how to put these non harmed parts in a column that i get.
Located in Eastern Ohio near WV and PA
