HP Racing vs. Landspeed Racing Powercore Headers

I have a 99 civic dx hatch (stock motor, d16y7). Both made Import Tuner's top ten list last year. Both produced good amount of gains when put on the dyno. Does anyone have any experience with either? Which one is better? The HP Racing one is only about 200, but does this mean that the header is a poor quality one sincei it's so cheap? The listing on the HP Racing header is for 96-98 civics. Would it still fit on a 99 civic? Would I have to relocate my oxygen sensor? Anyone hear anything about Landspeed Racing Powercore??? Any info would be of great help!!!
