My buddiy once said that the best way to punish someone would be to amputate their arms and legs, make them blind, make them deaf, make them unable to speak (I would prefer to rip out their eyes etc, buthis point is they have more time to be scared if you do it surgically) and lean them up against a wall and let them starve to death.

i kinda like the idea of cutting off his eye lids and leaving him face up outside in the sun so his eyes dry out. Then you take him and hang him by his feet with his head in a bucket. Cut into his chest so the blood runs into the bucket and he drowns in it... actually right before he drowns, make another cut but this one verticle and then time his arms and legs to bumpers of four different cars and pull him apart. thats a really good idea! If I were doing I'd nail him to the roof though, and glue his eyes shut! and put glass shards under him!

Here is an idea, make cuts all over his body and pour acid or lemon juice in the cut. Amputate his wanger and make him eat it. I can think of alot more things to make this fucker suffer....

My neighbor opened it up, closed it, and called the FBI. After a 3 hour meeting today, there will shortly be one less person doing crap like this on the streets.
