Getting rid of an ex help...

I have this ex girlfriend who I've been broke up with for a year and she still won't leave me alone. I've tried being nice to her and that didn't work. I tried ignoring her and that didn't work. I've tried being rude to her and that doesn't work. I've told her I hate her and want her to die and she still won't leave me alone. She comes into work almost daily, follows me through town, has my friends call me and put her on the phone....This girl is fuckin' crazy. Any tips without killing her or ending up in jail to get rid of her for good? Thanks for any tips!

I've had 4 or 5 girlfriends since her. I dated one girl for close to 4 months after her. She did try to kill her haha, she said it didn't matter that I had a girlfriend, she would have me back or else.....I like that do her mom idea haha, her mom gets botox and has a boob job! My car has 5% tint all the way around so you can't see in. When she was following me before, my mom drove my car through town. That girl started following my car and pulled up beside my car and my mom jumped out and was going to beat her ass and the ex girlfriend left me alone for a few months. That's the only relief I've had from her this past year. I know I shouldn't let her get to me, but she's fucking driving me crazy and ruining every relationship I attempt.

EDIT: I guess it would be important to note that at one point in time I lived with the girl for almost a year AND she dumped me.

Oh, thanks for the idea Bleed, but losing the car isn't an option. I bought a CBR 600 in hopes that she wouldn't recognize it for a while but her mom found out I have it and told her :/ I painted it and she still found out...grr!

I don't think painting a bike helps much since she can see you on it and all... unless you got some kind of tinted bike shield goin on. But if she dumped you, why the hell won't she leave you alone?!?! WTF is wrong with females these days?

This may sound out there, but every once in a while maybe mom should drive your car, and have her follow your mom again, after it has worn off. At this point I'd document every time she tries to or does make contact with you. Write it down in a notebook, then go to a police station throw a harrasment charge(they may even bump it up stalking which is a more serious crime). Also get a restraining order. Those are the two best and legal ways to get rid of her.

I've tried the restraining order before, the judge denied it because we didn't have a child in common and for the fact she never actually caused me any harm. She comes in work and says stuff like "I heard you had sex with *insert name here*, I thought you said you didn't like them when we dated." I called her fat and so she went and got on fat people pills and told me they make her heart hurt and that was okay because she wanted to die if I wouldn't go back out with her. She has offered me four wheelers, just as a quick example, as incentives to go back out with her.....I AM IN NO WAY LEADING THIS GIRL ON, I am as straight forward in telling her I hate her and want her to go kill herself as I could be.

Since you've tried about everything else and she has failed to get the message, just ignore her - she's not even there, you don't hear or see her, etc. It'll be tough to do that maybe, but after awhile when her tactics don't get you riled any more, she'll get whiny ("why won't you talk to me") in an effort to get you to respond. Eventually, since you won't "play right" with her, she'll go away.
