:rolleyes: ive heard so much about this great tamiya tape but i cant seem to get my hands on any of it, does anyone know any other tape that i can find that can at least work similarly to the tamiya stuff :rolleyes:

I trhink thet roll w/ dispenser was like $6, and refills are like $3. Around here anyway...

yea. The tamiya tape is really good. It cuts pretty easily too but it doesn' t bleed through. I think you'll enjoy the results.

Well if you can't find any in your area, check out www.hlj.com Tamiya mask is the best!!!!! Don't settle for any subsitute.

there are different types like 10mm - 18mm qwhicg sgoul i get? also on hlj how do i see how much shipping is

I have the 6mm and the 18mm for bigger jobs.
Most of the work i do i always use the 6mm. Good for window frames etc.
When you do mask i use the 6mm first then the 18mm slightly overlapping it, followed by plain household masking tape when doing a complete body
