90 alltrac short block replacement

im looking at getting a nice 1990 alltrac with 87k original miles...it needs a short block... how much should that cost me in parts and service to fix that??? also i was thinking about just getting a whole new engine alltogether. where can i find 3sgte engines for sale??? even a jdm engine, but a usdm, i assume, would still be a little bit cheaper... any help would be greatly appreciated...THANKS

Its a shame you dont live in the uk...I know of at least 10 JDM 3sgte engines sat doing nothing...I just sold one last week.
