Clearance Lights

I have the roof clearance lights (like all the Quadrasteer Silvys I have ever noticed) , as well as the rear fender lights (because of the wider rear end), and a strip of lights under the tailgate. Two questions:

1) Anybody ever seen replacement lenses for the roof ones? I googled everything I could think of. I found some cool smoke-lens repalcements, but they are only available as the entire lamp housing as far as I can tell, and a little pricey.

2) Does anybody know if that strip under the tailgate is supposed to come on with the lights, or is it somehow linked to the trailer harness and only works with a trailer plugged in? Unfortunately, it looks like a sealed unit, and the individual bulbs are not replaceable. Not that any of them are coming on...

I found some on ebay motors that should work for chev's aswell. Hope this helps.

They do have them for chevy duallies. I'd imagine they're the same size.
