The air conditioner uses a thermostat to sense and regulate the cabin temperature just like the thermostat in your home. According to the Honda service manual, the thermostat is located in the evaporator which is the big box behind the glove compartment. The glove compartment must be removed to get to the evaporator.

i also have A/C thermostat problem too, i troubleshot following the book and it said my thermostat is bad, but i'm not sure how to replace them. Can anyone help?
Do i have to open the system to get to the thermostat? i know it is somewhere close to the evaporator, but is it inside the evaporator??
my air is hot and it keep blowing my fuse, so i follow the troublshooting back to the thermstat. If anyone know how to or done it b4, please help
