Cycle Carrier Rear Mount & Roof Rail

I saw a BMW X5 with a cycle carrier that carried the bicycles across the rear of the car and was attached at the top to the roof rails so that the hatch could still be lifted when fixed to the vehicle.

Does anyone know the brand or where I can buy one?
