I have changed the radiator hoses and the thermostat. The radiator is not leaking and does not appear to have any rust or corrosion. The fans seem to be working. Next step water pump? If so any tips?

If your radiator is full and you're not losing coolant, it could be the water pump. When your engine gets up to operating temp., your upper radiator hose should be hot (meaning the hot coolant is flowing through it and back to the radiator). If it isn't, and you know your thermostat is good, then it sounds like the water pump.
I assume it's not very easy to change out the water pump since it's inside the engine with the timing belt.
