1991 Buick Skylark Seat Seat Problem

My wife just bought a 91 skylark, low mileage, seems to run ok so far. My
first notice of a problem are the front seats - they seem to spend more time
in the back of the car. Can they be tightened down or adjusted so that they
stay up front where they supposed to be. There are no obvious adjustments
on them for forward/backward/up/down. No adjustments for nothing. This
can't be right.

Ever had that problem before?
