More dealership woes!

Friggin Dealerships!!!! I really hate them! I dropped my car off for the weekend on Thursday. All I needed was my ABS light checked (it came on and turned itself off, just wanted to be safe) the 7500 mile service done (oil change, tires rotated, safety check, car washed) and my vanity mirror cover on the sun visor replaced.
Well, those bastards couldn't even change the sticker for the oilchange info! But the real kicker was the dent in my hood! A small one mind you, but still a dent!!! and a scratch, 1/4" long, and 1/8" wide, down to the metal and w/remnants of yellow paint. Nissan yellow paint.
Those bastards couldn't even wash the car! I want a carbon fiber hood, I know they wont replace my hood with one though. I am pissed!!!!!
Who of you was it that had a problem w/the service dept at your dealership?

Sorry to hear that man! what dealer was it? i live in So CAli also and i dont want that to happen to me.

It was the dealership in El Cajon.
