questions about 95 riviera

ok ihave hered a few things about this but im not sure if it true or not is there a kit to make the rivs convertible??????? if its true anyone know where i can find these kits i saw some picks on the regals website and it looks so sweet i just dont know if its for real or just a pick made to look that way. help me out thanks
