My cavalier does not idle right, and when being driven shuts off at 4000rpm. Ihave changed pcv, iac, ecm, coil packs, intake manifold gasket among oter things. Any ideas?

fuel filter, or many the fuel pump

I put in a new fuel pump and fuel filter also plugs and wires, went to unplug the tcc and it was already unplugged.
