Between the '99 and '00 model of the Sunfire? If a part says its for a 95-99 Sunfire, would it fit on a 2000? For example: a body kit.

All cars are a little bit different. I would asume that there was a body change between the 99 and 2000 year and the mounts and body are different. If it isn't specified for your year... Dont buy it! I know I wouldn't.
Just breifly looking at some pictures it looks like it wont work. But I could be wrong

The body on the Sunfire 1995-2005 (or was it 06) is the EXACT same. You can put a 1995 nose on a 2k5 car (and vice versa). You just need to change the headlights and hood as well. same for the rear (trunk lid and lights) and sides. Heck, the Cavalier front works on the Sunfire as well, just have to swap the headlights, fenders(IIRC), and hood (the rear however is different shaped so it's a no-go)
the manufacturers list the years because they will bolt on to those years without the extra work. Go to www.j-body.org and look up a member named droptoppaul, he's got a conversion car I believe (like a 97 with a 2k4 conversion) and also KeithGT, he did the Sunfire front on a Cavalier.
