Well my cruise control worked last year before i took the engine out, now since its back in my cruise does not work!!! It turns on and the green cruise lights up on the dash but it does not go by itself. What could be wrong?

This is probably a stupid question but all the vacuum lines i did away with for egr has nothing to do with it does it :screwy:

Nope, doesn't effect it at all. Did you make sure and reconnect all the plugs and grounds for it all?

If the light comes on but it doesn't hold speed, then it must be something with the vac lines.

There were no vaccum lines going to any of my cruise stuff and it all worked just fine before I tore it apart... Where do these vaccum lines go to that your talking about?

I do not see any vac lines that would goto the cruise!

Fuck I don't know, maybe I'm getting confused with my 420a cause that's got some vac lines for the cruise, I'll check when I'm out at the shop tonight.
