injectors

I recieved a set of 1000cc injectors from my friend. I would like to know if these injectors will be okay for my vr4? I was thinking if I increased my spark, my using a spark amplifier, hotter running plugs, and thicker wire, it will help with the increase of fuel.

There is no VR4 in the world that needs 1000cc injectors save the top dogs(matt monett, ray pampena etc.) If you're asking this question, probability is that you don't need them. If you're getting some big TD05's you might bump your injectors up to somewhere in the 700's, but thats about as big as you're gonna go with a car thats meant for the street.

by the way, were these freebies or did you pay for them? if you're looking to get rid of them, send a private message to talskinyguy. i know once he gets another 3S he's gonna want to build it into a monster car. he might find a use for some 1,000cc injectors.

You know me too well. I have a turbo of a 5.9 liter diesel truck sitting here waiting............

But I dont have the time or the money to do it right now, or in the near future. Im trying to focus on getting my life going first. Paying off my truck, medical bills, getting a house...etc.

WAYYYYY TOOO HUGE for 15Gs. WAAAAYYYY TOOO HUGE! Maybe 1% of all 3S owners will ever even need to think about 1000cc injectors, and half of them will opt not to go that big.

Stick with 550ccs.
