Better Engine?

HEy i want to swap engines and i dont know what to choose! Either a 2000 2.5L SVT engine or a 2000 3.0L Duratec engine.
SVT 3.0L
HP 200 @ 6600 RPM 200 @ 5500 RPM
Torque 169 @ 5500 RPM 195 @ 4700 RPM
(lb-ft)
Which is a better and if i want to hook it up with other things like headers, intake, etc. Which will give me the best power? Thanks
