Mclaren Video wanted

Hi all

Many years ago, 95/96 i was in the uk. Either bbc or discovery had a 1 hour episode of the mclaren f1. does anybody recall this program and if so, does anyone know where i can get a copy ?

Are there any offical dvd's or video footage that is worth buying ? (other than little clips like on google video)

Peloton25 mentioned to me that there was a 'McLaren at LeMans' video... its around 40 mins so with the addition of commericials, it should be around an hour on TV... also saw it on Ebay a few days ago as a DVD...

I cannot recall the name. it did however feature a lot about how the car was made. I remember them explaining the toolkit, the luggage, and i remember them making a door. thats about all.

Does any one know where i can get a copy of the mclaren at lemans footage ?By any chance are you thinking of the BBC show "The Car's the Star", which did a feature on the F1 in the mid-'90s.

Btw, there is an extended version of the "McLaren at Le Mans" video in the "Le Mans" edition of "Driving Ambition". Quite expensive, unfortunately.
