Looking for statistics on a 96 Jetta

If anyone knows this right off it'll be good, or if anyone can direct me to where I can find the answer.

I am looking for what the air flow rate from the mass airflow sensor should be when idle. I'm also looking for what the O2 sensor voltages should be when idle.
