Hail Damage Please Help

I have a 2001 montecarlo, we had a hail storm and my paint got chipped in some spots. The insurance company wont pay me for my claim. They told me that hail cannot chip paint and it was from something else. The marks were not there before the storm and they are from hail. What can i do.

call you insurance agent's supervisor and bitch him out....Not much else you can do. Try to get proof that it can happen.
